Job Description

ECU Health Physicians and ECU Health Duplin Hospital, located in Kenansville, North Carolina are seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist with at least 4 years of experience to join their practice. Applicants must have a current certification as a registered nurse anesthetist. 

  Highlights include:

  • Employment by ECU Health Physicians, the ECU Health provider network
  • Well established healthcare system
  • Variety of cases including both inpatient & outpatient
  • Schedule is 2 weeks on/1 week off, which provides 17 weeks off each year
  • Sick time also included
  • Daily schedule is Monday-Friday 7:00AM - 3:00PM
  • Call shared with other CRNA’s
  • Average number of surgical cases per month: 165
  • Must be proficient placing labor epidurals, spinals/ITN in obese patients, and comfortable with pediatric patients
  • BLS, ACLS, & PALS Certifications Required
  • Must be able to provide anesthesia with team & independently
  • Integrated Electronic Health Record (EPIC)

ECU HEALTH DUPLIN HOSPITAL

ECU Health Duplin Hospital  is an 81-bed hospital located in Kenansville. The renovated, 15-bed emergency department serves approximately 27,000 patients per year. In addition to providing general medical and surgical services, ECU Health Duplin offers chemotherapy and other cancer infusion interventions and has earned national designation as a Primary Stroke Center.
